The arrangements for the storage locker & the moving van were handled very quickly & efficiently. I even requested a different locker at the last minute, as one had been vacated, & the change was made without question. I enjoy being able to load or unload my vehicle indoors, as I'm under the 9' maximum door height. It's convenient for me & I need the 24/7 365 days a year availability for accessing parts when I need them.

My family rented a unit here just a few months ago. Everything has been simple, to the point but also very pleasant. It's really cool to be able to pull your vehicle in and unload. That will be awesome in the winter. It's literally effortless other than unloading, walking and packing things in your unit. The secure 24 hour access is great. We have had to go back and forth there at different times of the day and night with items and it's always super fast and easy.

Wow I cannot express how much I appreciate Pam and East Rochester Self storage for helping me store my various valuables. The units were clean, well lit, comfortable to be in. Being able to store, unload, load out of the rain is fantastic. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. I felt like my items were safe and the process of moving in and out was super easy. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
