    Our property address is 115 N. Washington Street, East Rochester, NY 14445. We’re right across from Leo’s Bakery and Deli.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our office is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 am (Monday to Friday). Closed Memorial Day.

  • Do you offer 24-hour access?

    Yes, we do! After you start using self storage, you may find that some of the items you’ve stored need to be retrieved at unorthodox hours, so being able to use your rental whenever you need is a great help.

  • How far are you from Fairport, NY?

    Great question! We’re only 4 miles away from Fairport, but we’re also convenient to Pittsford, Penfield, Brighton, Rochester, and other neighborhoods.

  • What type of units do you offer?

    Our storage units offer two main features: climate control and drive-in unloading/loading bays. Climate-controlled storage units give you interior access to your rental in an environment that’s intentionally designed to make sure your items are protected against the weather, while drive-in accessibility gives you the ability to load/unload inside, making loading and unloading an easier task.

  • What does climate-controlled mean?

    Temperature-controlled facilities usually only manage temperature, while a climate-controlled facility such as ours manages both temperature and humidity. Our climate control system works to keep the temperature regulated at a comfortable level and humidity levels generally lower inside of our building structure.

  • When should I use climate control?

    Most of your stuff will do just fine in a standard self storage unit, but our climate-controlled storage units are the safest bet for storing sensitive items like household electronics, wooden furniture, photo albums, business documents, clothing, and more.

  • What is CCTV?

    CCTV involves the use of video cameras to record certain areas of a facility. With lots of traffic coming and going at all hours, our modern security cameras can help to ensure our customers’ property is safe, by providing a strong barrier against any possible theft and break-ins.

  • Can I pay online?

    Of course! Our online bill pay option allows our tenants to pay their rent and update their account information from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also use our 24-hour kiosk on site, any time you want to reserve more storage units without having to speak directly with one of our professionals.
